Our image processing systems are designed for a variety of applications and components. This includes e.g. Quality Control, Partial Sorting, OCR (Optical Character Recognition) and Bin-Picking, to name but a few.
With over 10 years of experience in the design, programming and integration of image processing systems, Kirschenhofer Maschinen GmbH delivers powerful Vision applications that improve efficiency and quality. Together with our experience in specialized high-speed handling systems, robots and automation, we provide high quality turnkey image processing solutions.
For the illumination of image processing systems, we provide solutions from our partner TPL-vision, with which we can provide the best lighting for every requirement.
We offer vision applications developed in LabVIEW on basis of niVision , and systems developed in MVtec's Halcon.
We have also developed an interface between Halcon and LabVIEW that enables the use of Halcon applications within the LabVIEW runtime environment. This allows us to leverage the strengths of both programming environments in one application.
