After 3 years of development we are finaly ready with a tried and tested concept.
Our new Universal CAT machine is a world first and will revelutionize catalytic converter manufactuiring with its' high flexibility. Build on our well known Modular Buliding Block system, the machines are equiped with our new and improved units.
- Capable of producing pre and post sized convereters
- Product range for passanger vehicles from 80- 230mm diameter monoliths diameter.
- Cycle time for pre- and post sizing under 34 second for single brick.
- Round and polygonal shapes can be pre- and post sized in one machine.
- Machines are available in single and double brick variants.
- With our addon modules the customer can customize his machine to be manual, semi-automatic, automatic or copletely autonomous.

Ethernet/IP driver for LabVIEW
As many of our customers know, we are not just a special perpose machine builder.
We at kirschenhofer Maschinen also have a well equiped software department that specialize in Labview drivers for OEM manufacturers.
We have developed a LabVIEW driver that enables any LabVIEW application to act as a Ethernet/IP scanner.
This means that you can connect any device that acts as a Ethernet/IP slave to your LabVIEW application.
Be it a PC runtime or a Realtime system on National instruments hardware (eg. CompactRIO).
In our driver we have pre-compiled interfaces of multiple modules from our development partner Turck
The driver is available directly from NationalInstruments or from the Kirschenhofer Machinen homepage.

End of support for MML with ILD2200 laser
We regret to inform all our valued custormers that all measuring equipment equiped with ILD 2200 lasers from MicroEpsilon, has reached its end of life support.
These lasers are no longer instock by us, or by the manufacturer. They can also not be repaired by the manufacturer.
Thus we will not be able to repair any measuring equipment with faulty ILD 2200 lasers in our usual sort lead times. We suggest that all customers that do not have spare parts for these laser urgently consider a upgrade to the newer ILD 2300 laser.

Wir bedauern alle unsere geschätzten Kunden darüber informieren zu müssen, dass alle Messgerät die mit ILD 2200-Lasern von MicroEpsilon ausgestattet sind, das Ende ihrer Lebensdauer erreicht haben.
Diese Laser werden nicht mehr von uns oder vom Hersteller auf Lager gehalten. Sie können auch nicht vom Hersteller repariert werden.
Daher können wir keine Messgeräte mit fehlerhaften ILD 2200-Lasern in unseren üblichen Reperaturzeiten reparieren. Wir empfehlen, dass alle Kunden die keine Ersatzteile für diesen Laser haben, dringend ein Upgrade auf den neueren Laser ILD 2300 in Erwägung ziehen.

Canning line for passenger cars, part spectrum enlarged by 25%
The next generation of Canning machines for passenger cars in on the drawing board.
This will see an increase in the dimensions of parts that could be manufactured on this equipment by 25% to its predecessor.
Die nächste Generation von Canning-Anlage für Pkw steht auf dem Reißbrett.
Dadurch werden die Abmessungen der Teile, die auf diesem Anlage hergestellt werden könnten, um 25% gegenüber dem Vorgänger erhöht.
